Personal Assistant

I) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Help with daily time management.
Screen emails and communicate needs accordingly.
Devise and maintain office filing system.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
Run errands as requested.
Source office supplies.
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
II) REQUIREMENTS Proven work experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
Working knowledge of office management and software systems (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Products, Google, Records management, etc.
) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
Discretion and confidentiality.
High School degree (at minimum) III) SALARY & SCHEDULE Hourly wage.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
