This role is centered on providing nurturing care and support for the child's development, catering to an adaptable schedule due to the family's demanding lifestyle.
No school drop-offs, meal preparation, or cleaning is required, as the home is equipped with a housekeeper and private chef.
Provide high-quality, attentive care for a grammar school-aged child, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
Engage in activities fostering the child's physical, emotional, and educational development.
Ability to adapt to a varying schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, as required by the family's needs.
Must be skilled and experienced in handling an EpiPen for emergency allergy situations.
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities to aid the child's growth and learning.
Work closely with the family to meet the child's needs and effectively coordinate with other household staff.
Demonstrated experience in caring for grammar school-aged children, with a focus on developmental milestones.
Required knowledge and confidence in EpiPen usage and allergy safety protocols.
Flexibility to accommodate the family's busy and varying schedule, including availability for occasional irregular hours.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with the child, family, and household staff.
Must pass a thorough background check.
A degree or background in healthcare or educational studies is highly desirable and considered a bonus.
