They are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their team and work directly with the VP of Finance to assist with all financial transactions for their growing, fast-paced company. Responsibilities:
Reviewing list of open invoices and collecting payments Providing ongoing communication through email with customers Reviewing invoices in Microsoft Excel Proactively maintaining records and ongoing communication 3 way match on invoices with packing lists Obtaining approvals and entering into the system Comfortable processing 30-50 invoices per week Obtaining necessary documents and following through with tasks Answering customer calls Ad hoc projects as needed Preferred Skills:
Prior AP/AR experience preferred 3 Way Match experience a plus Bachelor's Degree a plus!
